7. Governing Law: The parties agree that all terms and conditions be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, and that in event of a dispute, any legal action may only be instituted in Kauai County, Hawaii. 

By engaging with KSE's education and consulting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with utilizing our services.
