I think Jeds superpower is the ability to make processes and drill down into elemental building blocks.
I have spent countless hours listening to different podcasts on the vacation and short term rental business. I hemmed and hawed for the better part of a year on whether to join a Masterclass / Mastermind group. After listening to Matt's interview with Jed, everything about the episode made so much business sense that I jumped at the opportunity to join VRMB and start the Accelerator Course. It was the first time I heard someone succinctly and methodically outline all the elements needed to create, sustain, and grow a successful vacation rental management business, without trying to lead me down a primrose path of riches and possibilities.
